The kit also includes 2 ID tags with your name, contact information, animal’s name, picture, and trained task. The card also includes room for an emergency contact and can be attached to your service dog’s collar or kept in your wallet in case of an emergency. It is a useful identification item that can help bystanders assist should the owners become incapacitated.

The kit also includes a reflective, lightweight, durable embroidered harness, slim service dog leash (while supplies last), and service dog patches that can be attached to a backpack or other item.

Finally, the kit includes 10 ADA cards that outline a service dog’s rights and highlight the governmental agencies along with proper contact information. Service dogs are fully protected under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Although not everyone is aware of the details of this law, we want to do everything we can to make sure you’re fully prepared to address (or better yet, avoid) any questions or challenges that might come up.

Because service dogs come in all shapes and sizes, we offer harnesses that can fit every dog from XXS all the way up to XL. And because your service dog is your companion, not just your helper, you have the option of choosing customized embroidery on the harness as well.

All orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail within the United States and Puerto Rico. International shipping is not available.

Embroidery Time - If your order has embroidery please note that it may take up to 7 business days for our office to complete the order after the tracking ID is created. Total processing and delivery time can be up to 2 weeks or more.

Overnight and priority mail shipping are no longer available due to the ongoing COVID-19 emergency. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Once an order is marked shipped please allow 2-3 days for a post office scan.
